Hey everyone, today I bring you a new restaurant for your pasta-loving sims. I tried to blend a quaint old-world feel with a more formal restaurant setting. I think this lot could function as an artisan pizza place or an upscale eatery for your 49th first date. The bottom floor includes restaurant seating, the kitchen, and bathrooms. The second floor has additional seating, a buffet table, and an outdoor patio area with a bar. I used KristaIL's skyboxes for pictures.

I hope you (and your sims!) enjoy it.
