Does your sim crave something modern and simplistic? Then this is the house for him or her. Let your sim feel like he's floating on air, while still offering everything he needs to climb the career ladder and for entertaining guests. This home has an open floor plan, with wonderful views. On the first floor there is the living room, den, kitchen with eating bar and entertainment room, which has an attached balcony for those warm, sunny days or starlit evenings.
