It depends, we need unique looking sims, which means preferably creating them in CAS, unless there are originally CAS sims which you turned into townies/tourists. In one of the posts above, you'll see the requirements to creating a family/household in CAS.

@M.M.A.A. you can build more houses if you want. I love your building skills. 
The Shear lot is my favourite lot in MV.
Well, I don't murder them... You don't want to know how I play TS2 and what I do with the sims. (Preferably Maxis sims)

You can create a residental/community lot for this neighborhood.
We first want to finish the neighborhood with its lots and then add the families.
You can still create a family, though. I've just extracted mmaa's Yang family and I can extract yours too.
I'll add them all whenever the neighborhood is finished.
The Shear lot is my favourite lot in MV.

I noticed that the houses were all over the place, so I moved the houses a bit, so that they could huddle together in one area. That way, it would look more "full" than it really is. Please do not edit or move any one else lots for the player who made them chose those spots and may have more ideas coming soon for the area around there lots.
Any editing that needs to be done needs to be done by the owner/maker of the lot.
If you see something wrong or out of place please let us know and the one who made it will do the work to fix it.
Only edit/move lots you have made please.

Well you can use WinRAR and pack the hood up and upload it to this thread or you can package you lot up and just upload the lot to this thread as a attachment.

Whew! Finally done 
I'm not REAL happy with the inside wallpapers... but, that's what you get with just the base-game LOL!
There is plenty of room for a family of 5 - and the place is furnished with EVERYthing, to the tune of around $115,000
It's got a modern/SW feel to it. And, I can't wait to get at it with a few EP modifications.
I did NOT play test it, as I had no sims in my AGS. But, I think everything should be accessible. I will play it in my full game tomorrow, and if there are any stomping feet I will fix it and repackage.

I've checked it and found this. Is the wall paper supposed to be unfinished or did you overlook it?
