I love the house, however, I'm having an issue with your file. I have rar installed and the extracted file is not a Sims3 pack, it's a package file. Is this the type of file that you intended to package and if so, do you mean for it to be placed in the library folder? Thank you for sharing it!

There should be no problem with the file! I just downloaded it myself, and there is a sims3 pack inside. Have you tried downloading it again?

Yes, several times and with the same result each time. Since you're having no result like mine, the problem is no doubt on my end, but I'm not sure what to do about it. Thank you for responding.

I found the problem, I had to change the property of the file to rar archival file and your file changed to a Sims 3 pack along with it. Again, thank you for your help.

I'd wish I could simply upload the sims3packs, but ModTheSims only allows Rar/Zip archives to be uploaded. Just download WinRar, 7Zip, etc, it says it all in the download instructions

I love this house, I think I love all your houses, I swear I only check this section of MTS anymore to see if you've uploaded anything new.
