Hey, really nice idea and I would definitely love this, if the textures were less in the original Sims 2 look. Compared to almost every new hairstyles created these days, your creation wouldn't be used in my game. Sorry. But keep your work up and maybe you'll update your textures. I'd love that.

actually I quite enjoy using the maxis like hair colours so this fits perfectly into my game. I especialy love the red- not too orange like some of the original maxis hairs! thanks for sharing with us and keep up the great work!

Yeah, the Maxis-match texture is the entire point of this hair. It's the only type of texture I play with, so was super thrilled to find Oepu's retexture of Nouk's mesh. You just can't beat a Nouk mesh in terms of quality and smooth animations, and you can't beat this Maxis-match texture by Oepu either. It blends perfectly with the original game content and still has good shading and highlights which many "Maxis-match" attempts don't achieve. Hopefully I didn't mess that up too badly when changing the colour to suit a certain sim.... and then changing the others to form a complete set. Of course anyone who prefers shiny hair is welcome to use Nouk's original set, which is linked in the upload description.
