Gorgeous! It meets everything on the checklist for a unique, cute and summery beach house! I love that pergola toward the back and the wrap around porch/balcony

You know what? I almost never download other houses, and usually only play in ones I made myself, but this one has a really unique charm, is beautiful, and yet still looks very playable. I LOVE it! Thanks!!
