This is really cute, but really tiny. It'll be great to sort of "hold" my sims in while they're waiting to find someone.

Awww, I love it, but it requires WAY too many expansions that I don`t have!

Could you re-check, please, and see if any of the expansions might not actually be needed?

I really like the idea. It's a simple, but modern home for those single sims who spend most of their day on community lots, and only need a place to sleep.
