Very rustic and oh so purty! Thanks.

This is so freaking awesome, I actually decided to go through the super-tedious process of safely transferring my sims from my longtime hood just to play this...thanks a million!

I loved Criquette's stuff, but wasn't creative enough to make my own hood, so THANKS for making a beautiful one so I can finally use that cc!

I downloaded this hood and when I entered it, I was completely awestruck! You are an extremely creative individual. You've used Criquette's hood decorations in a way that I never thought possible. This hood is beautiful. Great Job!

Impressive work, Zaxis.
It's very hard for me to judge which of the lots are flat (ok for apartments). Can you say anything about that?

for more of my lots check out my blog: smmishing.wordpress.com/

I could not add any built beach lots on this neighborhood whatsoever! only empty beach lots can be added! why??

I'm sorry about that, but to add a beach lot built in a different hood, you need to have the exact same beach terrain in the new hood. Even making a terrain to be beach lot compatible is hard, so making sure it's also compatible to someone elses terrain depends on luck alone. I've only been able to place lots made on a maxis terrain once on one of my custom terrains....
