This is absolutely gorgeous! Thanks for uploading it.

I've got 200GB of child pornography! I'll start viewing it unless this plane lands in Havana!

Wow! Very nice. I love single story homes and I am always scrounging around looking for them. heh This lot is also super for folks with lower end computers. It looks eminently playable. It should be a snap to keep an eye on all the sims on the lot.

I just love it. *downloads*

I'm worried that my latest Salvation Army donation will result in homeless people looking like sluts from the 90s.

Gorgeous little home. I see these everyday as I do live in the SW (Az.), you've captured them perfectly in your creation. Very nicely done, thanks for sharing...

Looks great, Khaki. The design interests me a lot, but I tend to create concise lots that fit everything small-scale. I like this for the expanded feel and presense of space a lot, but if you'd like to sample mine, quick do so at ianbradley26 under the sims 2 website. There's no telling when they delete my creations, but feel free to message me when you'd like my latest. If anything it will allow you to have a new view on the space of a room and what necessarily fits those spaces. Given that this one of yours doesn't have CC, it really makes good use of Maxis content. Keep in mind that each square on the drawing board is about 3.5 ft2 or 4 ft2. I worry about the expansive lots on the main website as far as realism goes, because enough space, and the roof collapses in real life. Love your design, though. I'd love to see an updated version of this at a smaller scale, but I'll try it the way it is here. It really is a good floorplan.

Also, I hope you don't mind my criticism, because I'm a writer, and I'm used to getting criticism of my work. It really helps the editing process sometimes.

This has a great flloorplan and for such a large spacious house, it plays surprisingly smooth. I would love to see this same design in a smaller version for my not so wealthy Sims.

This is just GORGEOUS!! Love the architecture. Usually when I d/l a home, I switch things around, maybe knock down a wall or two, but not for this one!! WOW! :D
