It was my fault not yours
I used the sims2pack clean installer, but they never showed up in my game. I have quite and restarted multiple times, but still none of the images show up, it's as if I never downloaded them (except for the fact that I can see them if I open up the clean installer). Too bad.

I didn't have CEP installed. I thought I did, but I must have removed it when I cleaned up my computer. Your pictures show up now.
