Help with Glasses haveing a dark Line on the Lense
As it says in the title I've been having issues with a pair of glasses I made from a base game set, where the lenses of the glasses have a dark line on the bottom:

I'm not too sure whats causing this issue since all I did was edit the frame and not the lenses at all. Nothing on the diffuse texture is causing this, might it be in the spec? Im not sure, some help on this would be most welcome! thank you!

Is there a shadow texture that could be causing it?

Yes, it would help if I can take a look at the package.

Isnt' that just what you get at the bottom of thick glasses? The glass itself makes a shadow on itself.

Makes sense, Inge, but there's a frameless EA glasses that don't have the dark bottom of the lenses so that's not it.

What I found makes NO sense, but what else is new. I fixed it by editing the diffuse and making the black area just underneath the lenses transparent. My guess is that the game blurs the texture so that the black was showing up on the lenses. So try leaving a bigger transparent border in the texture.
