Good to see you again, hope you're enjoying your winter

Yeah, I've been away for a long time. I'll probably be around until about the 10th of January, and then I'll disappear once again. I am enjoying my winter.

Will this work for C19, or is it a little too distressed.

Hm, I need to come up with something to put here.

Looks perfect. I hope we can get as much of the city done before that!

How's BeamNG these days?

I hope the same.

Beamng is probably going pretty good. I'm just up to my same old habits.

Here's lot c18. Since it's for a rabbithole, it's just a shell.

Also, do you have any real life examples for the police station, or can it pull inspiration from the town hall/palace building?

Hm, I need to come up with something to put here.

Looks good- for the police station lot try this:

Is that from World Machine, or does BeamNG have its own generator? Any other games you play?

Edit: Merry Christmas btw

Ooh, I like that building. That will be a good fit. I'll get on that right now.

It's world machine. Beamng's terrain system is pretty close to that of sims 3, though. In regards to what games I play, I play a bunch of random games. The games that I currently play are beamng, from the depths, fallout 4, sims 3, and payday 2.

Hm, I need to come up with something to put here.

Yeah, I've also played that game a little. It really shows off the capabilities of voxels.

So quiet in here... (I presume people are busy with life in general )

@Ouerbacker, do you have the lots as they are atm so I can toss them into the world to see what to plan for the lots on thehill?

(Don't have time to get involved, so just sitting here on the side, drooling a bit, dreaming of the day I might get time to play again.)

I would like to build some houses for this world, it is amazing. As I am not sure which lots are already taken, I started building a 25x20 lot which would fit in different locations (it is at the moment located behind lot C16). It is a residental walled compound, and I hope it is not too 1001 nights. It is not furnished yet and not fully decorated, but I first wanted to hear your opinion and your change requests.

Any suggestions?

Looks great!

The things I would change:

- Switch out the WA Lattice Windows on the second floor for the Desert Shield
- Also add some overhangs
- See if you can add an back entrance to the yard at the rear of the building.

For landscaping terrain painting:
- I would use asphalt for the driveway
- Supernatural sidewalk for some paved patios
- Basegame lawn with a faint dry grass overlay inside the yards
- Use the cinnamon tree or the sago palm for foliage.

Here are some quick examples of suburban/farm houses that I adapted from Jawusa. They're split into two groups- historic (early 20th C) & modern

Historic:

Your adapted versions of my lots look beautiful! I thought my lots were too ugly for your world but you made them look gorgeous now. Thank you very much! :lovestruc

Thank you for the references. Next version is ready. It is furnished and decorated functionally, so that Sims could move in. But too keep the price acceptable I left room for improvement :-)

Anything needs to be changed?

Not much- the only thing I would probably do would be to add some clutter on the roof (the blue oil barrels & air conditioners).

You can just save the lot in the library folder and send me the library lot file.

Thanks for the work, and let me know which lot you want to work on next!

There are some things which I noticed are still missing, I will add a barrel, too. An air conditioner is on the roof. I'll send you the link as soon as I am ready.

Is E34 still available? I'd like to take that challenge, not sure if I will succeed though. If that lot is claimed maybe C11 or C12? Just let me know which (not too difficult ones) you still need.

E34 has not been selected yet!

I'll put you on all three lots

Just remember to read the lot requirements on the first page.

Here you go. I'll get these done eventually.

3 of them are relatively complete on the outside. One of them is just the shape. I haven't begun the one on right side of the police station yet, but it will be very similar to the one on the left side in regards to its design and height.

@RuslanRauf- you can help by looking at the Lot Claim list and picking a lot from the first page that hasn't been selected yet

@Ouerbacker- Thanks for the lots- the police station looks great!

First draft of E34 is done. It is still an empty shell and the exteriour will need some more love, too.

Not sure about the terrain paint, I think it might be best if you painted the terrain in caw so that it blends in better.

What do you think?

Looking good, I would:

1. Consolidate the buildings circled in black to form a larger building
2. Shift the courtyard over to face the alleyway, eliminating the building facing the alleyway and making the building on the other side larger.

Having larger buildings means that it'll be easier to plan out the interiors.

And there I go and try to make the houses look as small as possible :-) Half of the lot will be dark anyway. So, not sure if I understand what you mean. More like this?
