Feedback on my Toddler Dress & PJs Please? EDIT: REVISED
Hello!

I have been working on some toddler pjs and dresses, and I think they've turned out pretty well, but I wanted some feedback.

I've decided to only ask for opinions on two so far, because I don't want to overload you all with pics.

Anyway, what do you think? Constructive criticism, suggestions, and opinions are all welcome! Thanks! :bunny

Sorry that some of the CAS pics are kind of small!

Thank you.

EDIT: I revised my toddler dress to add more shading:

I think they look pretty great! The only thing I would change is the bow on the blue one, it looks painted on.

Ooh, thanks for the suggestion!

I added some more shadows to the ribbon, do you think it looks better now?

Thank you! ^_^

Do you have any suggestions for it, or do you think it's good the way it is now?

Have a look at where the seams are. If you were really making this dress, you probably wouldn't have those dots exactly lined up like that. It makes it look like the texture was pasted on top.

I also think the bow might look better higher up (rather than in the middle of her chest).

Fakepeeps, do you mean how the dots are lined up in comparison from front to back? Or how they are lined up period? I actually got the print from a fabric site. I'm not sure I understand. Could you please explain some more?

I agree about the bow, I'll move that down. Thank you!

Thanks for your suggestions, very helpful!!

peeps: I think those aren't supposed to be real seams, am I right kitty? They're really more for decoration. In that case the dots WOULD line up.

What seams are you referring to? If you're talking about the blue trim on the neckline, then yeah, that's just decoration.

Again, I really appreciate everyone's feedback!!

Does it look better now?

Okay, this is my final version before I work on recolors of it, if I don't get any more recolors. Do you think it's good?

It's really nice, the only that is bugging me is the bow I think it would look better without it.

By "seams" I meant the two horizontal lines. There are slight gathers underneath each one, so it's obviously not the same piece of fabric... but the pattern makes it look like it is.

Ytessa: If you don't mind, I think I'll keep the bow. I tried it without, but I like the bow on it better, adds a nice touch.

Fakepeeps: Thanks for the suggestion! It would bug me to change the seams though. I like it looking like it's the same piece of fabric. Actually, that's what I intended. I thought that the little horizontal lines were ruffle type things on the same piece of fabric, if that makes any sense.

Looks fine to me. I like them! Nothing really that I'd change, and I actually like the little ruffle things.

I think it's fantastic, The only thing that is bugging me is the top seam. I don't think it's necessary to be honest. If you just had the bottom seam, It'd look perfect IMO. But fantastic work either way!

Oh woah, the dress is really nice!!
The pajamas too, I can't wait to download!!
Maybe try out a blue line along the bottom? Like the one around the neck? It might not look good but just a suggestion
And a few recolour ideas for the dress, yellow and orange, pink and lime green, lilac and baby blue. Although I'm sure you aren't stuck for ideas in the way of colours!!
Great, great job!
