This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath house on a 40x40 lot still has plenty of space to fill with your items of choice. It is decorated in a somewhat historical Chinese style. Modern conveniences are kept to a minimum, and are somewhat disguised to look like they fit into a medieval Chinese world (i.e., they're covered in wood. )

The ground floor has a large courtyard with a koi pond, firepit and garden, plus a large outbuilding that would be perfect for housing servants or holding your skilling items of choice. Two small gatehouses can serve the same purpose. There is a deep moat around the house. Sims can swim in the pool thanks to a break in the fence in the garden -- and that's the only way to reach the currently empty "basements" under the main house and the attached pagoda. (You could of course also drop spiral stairs or the like, if you wanted to.)

Going up the stairs, Sims cross over a short bridge to reach the front door, which leads to a great room with a dining table and assorted living room furniture. The small kitchen is off to one side, and a half-bath and sitting area are on the other side. Stairs lead up to the second floor, and another bridge crosses over to the pagoda art studio, where a birdcage is set up for song birds to keep you company while you paint. Stairs lead up to a chess table on the top of the small pagoda.

The second floor has a large study with bookshelves and a desk (there is also a laptop disguised as a book), and the master suite. The top floor has a desk and chair at the top of the stairs, plus two bedrooms with attached baths.

EPs and SPs: The only EPs required are World Adventures and Pets. However there is also a ceiling pattern from AMB and a single dresser from GEN. They are completely unnecessary and will just be eliminated or replaced when you place the lot. They look nice where they are, so I left them in place for anyone who has those EPs.

There is no custom content in this house.

ONE CAVEAT: This lot has been known to occasionally shoot up onto a short cliff when you place it. I don't know why. If it does that, then you can use the "setimportedterrainoffset" cheat to lower it again. I have found that for me, -4 is the proper offset value, but your mileage may vary. To use the cheat, bulldoze the house off of the lot, type crtl-shift-c then "testingcheatsenabled true", and then type ctrl-shift-c and "setimportedterrainoffset -4" (no quotes for either cheat). Then place the house again to see if that flattened it out for you. If not, bulldoze and try again with a different value. Remember to ctrl-shift-c and "setimportedterrainoffset 0" when you're done.
