Congrats on being featured. Excellent attention to detail, reasonable poly counts, and good uvmapping for textures - this could be recolored to give other looks easily. Remember to link folks to your vase also.

Great job on your furniture set.

Update: July 2009-I am back now to make invisible and tranparent recolors again in sims 2. You can pm me if you want your objects to be invisible and transparent from now.

Great furniture set! I love the painting, and the cloth draped over the coffee table is a great touch.

Thanks for all the kind comments. I'm still quite new at this, so I was more than a little surprised when I saw that this set was featured! It's nice to know that there are people who actually like it though

For those of you who are interested, the painting is by a local South African artist, Joe Ebersohn. The original title is "Shebeen Afternoon" and I believe I credited it as such in the package file.

I'm looking foreward to seeing more African themed items, are you going to be making more? =D

Your African-themed stuff is fantastic. I live in the Caribbean where our art and culture is very much influenced by Africa. Your work fits very nicely into the homes of my West Indian Sim families. Thank you!
