Once again, a kit house from 1915 by Hewitt-Lea-Funck Company of Seattle.
It is a pretty family house with three bedrooms and a bath upstairs, a large living and dining room and a kitchen with access to a full size basement.

Compared to my last upload, there is far less custom content, and - almost - everything is included.

As for those wondering, the basement was made using Mootilda's Grid Adjuster (hence the scary void under the basement). If you add floor tiles inside next to the exterior walls, the ground around the house will slightly drop. Press MAJ to avoid that when changing the floor (or use the boolProp constrainFloorElevation false/true cheat to re-flatten the ground).
